Before melatonin gummies and sleeping pills, Indian households practiced the soothing night ritual of Haridra Ksheera — Golden Milk. This restorative bedtime tonic pairs potent anti-inflammatory curcumin with warm natural tryptophan.
### The Sacred Recipe
- **1 cup**: Warm A2 Gir Cow Milk (or cold-pressed almond milk)
- **1/2 tsp**: NIVANA High-Curcumin Lakadong Turmeric (8% natural curcumin)
- **1 pinch**: Tellicherry Freshly Cracked Black Pepper (contains piperine which boosts curcumin absorption by 2000%)
- **1/4 tsp**: Ceylon Cinnamon and green cardamom pod
- **1 tsp**: NIVANA Raw Wildforest Honey (stirred in once lukewarm)
Whisk and enjoy 30 minutes before sleep to reduce systemic inflammation and deepen non-REM restorative sleep.
